👀 Why apply? With the pass of the JOBS act, investment is not only limited to the wealthy. Now everyone can invest in startups. However choosing the right deal flow, the right opportunities and the right founders is not as easy as it looks. By joining you are part of a larger group of investors who have both the investment and operational experience investing at the earliest stages of a company.
👀 Why a paid community?
While we welcome everyone from beginners to experienced people to apply, our community is capped to maintain intimacy and provide high level dicussions. In order to maintain the high level of inteaction, we Do Not allow any self-promotion, advertising, sponsors, or outside influence as most members are here to receive unbiased expertise and direct peer investment support for their crowdfunding portfolio and investments within the syndicate
👀 What is the monthly fee?
$25/month (paid quarterly) - so $75 every three months
👀 What is the yearly capital committment?
Because our members actually make investments in startups rather than just talk about it, we require our members to invest $3,000 a year in startups. Cannot call yourself an investor if you don't invest.
📚 What is VenturSeed: VenturSeed invests in Pre-pre Seed, Pre-Seed and Seed startups that can generate sustainable cash anywhere in the globe. It's run by GP's, investors and network partners.
⚙️ How the application process works:
1/ You submit your application.
2/ We make a decision on your application.
3/ You pay the small $25/month program fee
4/ You make the capital committment over 12 months or all at once - your choice.
5/ You get onboarded to the syndicate
